Preparing for Birth Childbirth Education
Preparing for Birth is a comprehensive childbirth class. The class goes for two consecutive Saturdays, 4-5 hours each day. During this class, we will cover a wide variety of topics to full prepare you for labor, delivery, postpartum, and life with a newborn. The class will include light snacks, water, Prepared Feeding (online breastfeeding class, taught by Amanda Devereaux, IBCLC), and a Preparing for Birth Journal. $200 (if you are a doula client, you will receive a 20% discount)

Classes are held every other month with the next one Aug 11th & 18th, 2018 from 9 am-1 pm.
Comfort Techniques Class
This class is held once a month, on the third Thursday of the month. In this class , we will cover comfort techniques to help you prepare for childbirth. Whether you are planning a un-medicated birth or planning to use pain relief medications, this class will help you go into labor confidently. $75 (if you are a doula client, you will receive a 20% discount)

Infant Massage Class
Massage has so many benefits, why not share those benefits with your baby? Not only is it great for bonding with your little one, but it an help with a wide variety of issues. Massage is great for everything from helping improve sleep patterns to colic or constipation. During this class we will go over benefits, practice techniques, and have a lot of fun along the way. Everything is provided. All you need to is your baby, a pillow, and a blanket.
